Esterina Zarrillo, Italy, multidisciplinary artist, video , painting and set designer , lives and works in Barcelona since 1991.
TILE WITH LOVE _ is her personal artistic project.
In recent years, he has held several exhibitions of his ceramic works.
After studying arts in Bologna, she moved to Barcelona.
In that year she did various solo exhibitions of her paintings.
She also started a long term professional relationship with the set designer Roland Olbeter, with whom she collaborated in many of the major iconic pieces and set designs for the Fura dells Baus in those years.
Esterina Zarrillo realized set designs and videos for the operas in Perm, Don Giovanni, Bucharest, “Oedipus”, Kassel, Luisa Miller, . and collaborated in the operas Aida Arena di Verona, “Cellini” in Köln, and “Das Lied der Frauen vom Fluss”, Luzern, Terranova Linz, She is creating and realizing the video for the show “Gulliver’s Dream” by Roland Olbeter. «Rusalka» Opera Kassel.

She develops interior design and ceramics design as Los Patios Hotel in Cabo de Gata, or private homes in the Balearic Islands.

She worked for three years as an assistant director for Franc Aleu from Urano Production, realizing videos for operas in Spain and Italy. For Urano Film she also worked on the giant video projection in Shanghai, EXPO 2014, together with La Fura dels Baus.
